Can I add extra stops to my one-way booking?
Unfortunately, no. You cannot add extra stops to a one-way booking. However, you can instead make an hourly ride booking. That way you can make as many stopovers as you like, virtually anywhere in the Costa del Sol. Just list the stops that you would like to make in the ‘Note for the driver’ box.
When will my credit card be charged for my ride?
Your credit card is typically charged 24 to 48 hours after your ride is completed. We will pre-authorise and reserve the funds on your credit card upon booking, but your card is not charged at that time. If you make a free cancellation, the authorization will be automatically reversed and your credit card will never be charged.
This is a common practice, used by many hotels and rental car companies.
Are the prices displayed ‘per vehicle’ or ‘per person’?
The prices shown are always per vehicle. These include all taxes, gratuities, and fees. That way you will never be ‘surprised’ with extra charges.
The maximum number of passengers and bags which can comfortably fit in each vehicle is shown under each car class. There is only one price for up to the number of passengers listed.
What is Go4Lux VIP’s cancellation policy?
a) TRANSFER (ONE-WAY) BOOKINGS (from point A to point B): For transfer services, there is no cancellation fee if a valid cancellation is made more than one hour before the agreed pickup time. If cancellation is made one hour or less before the agreed pickup time, the total price must be paid.
b) HOURLY BOOKINGS: For hourly bookings, there is no cancellation fee if a valid cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the agreed pickup time. If cancellation is made 24 hours or less before the agreed pickup time, the total price must be paid.
